Job Title: Tele counseling Campaign Coordinator
Department: Sales / Admissions / Outreach
Reports To: Campaign Manager / Sales Head / Director – Operations

Role Summary:

The Telecounseling Campaign Coordinator is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing large-scale telecalling campaigns aimed at lead generation, nurturing, and conversion for admissions, course enrollment, or placement support. The role demands team coordination, script planning, reporting, and campaign performance tracking to achieve set targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning & Strategy

  • Develop calling strategies for different campaign goals (admissions, course
    promotions, job assistance, etc.)
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for tele callers in coordination with the campaign head.
  • Segment leads based on priority, interest, or campaign type.
  • Design and iterate on call scripts for different campaigns.

Team Coordination & Supervision

  • Onboard, train, and coordinate a team of tele callers/tele counselors.
  • Assign calling tasks and manage shift schedules to ensure maximum coverage.
  • Monitor calls for quality and provide coaching to improve conversions.
  • Ensure adherence to calling protocols, CRM usage, and documentation standards.

Campaign Execution

  • Manage daily tele calling operations across one or more campaigns.
  • Ensure that each tele caller follows up with leads as per the lead funnel stage.
  • Implement CRM workflows (using Zoho, Salesforce, Lead squared, or similar).
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align on messaging and offers.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track key KPIs: call volume, lead status, follow-up adherence, conversions, etc.
  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports for management.
  • Analyze data to optimize lead flow, calling strategy, and team productivity.

Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between tele counselors and the admissions/sales teams.
  • Communicate with tech, content, or operations teams for campaign updates.
  • Coordinate with the digital marketing team to sync leads from online sources. KPIs / Performance Metrics:
  • Number of leads converted per campaign
  • Tele caller productivity and call quality
  • Follow-up adherence rates
  • CRM hygiene and data accuracy
  • ROI of each tele counseling campaign Required Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English and regional languages (e.g., Telugu, Kannada, Hindi)
  • Strong leadership and coordination ability
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and tele calling software
  • Campaign and process management experience
  • Data-driven approach with working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or dashboards

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Education Management)
  • 2–5 years of experience in tele calling, tele sales, admissions, or campaign coordination
  • Prior experience in EdTech, healthcare admissions, or skill development projects is a plus Preferred Tools:
