Job Summary:
The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategizing, executing, optimizing, and scaling high-performing digital campaigns across multiple channels (Google, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn) with the goal of driving qualified leads and conversions for training programs and admissions. The ideal candidate must be data-driven, ROI-focused, and capable of managing ₹10L to ₹1Cr+ monthly ad budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
- Design and own performance marketing strategy across paid channels.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets (e.g., 10,000 leads/month).
- Align campaign goals with business outcomes (registrations, admissions,
enrollments). - Create channel-wise budget allocations based on CPL and ROI.
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Run and manage campaigns across:
o Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
o Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram)
o LinkedIn Ads (if targeting professionals) - Optimize continuously for:
o CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS, and lead quality - Set up remarketing and lookalike audience strategies.
Landing Page & Funnel Performance
- Coordinate with CRO and web design teams to test landing page variants.
- Reduce bounce rates and improve lead form conversion %.
- Use UTM tracking, Google Analytics, and heatmaps for funnel analysis.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor, analyze, and report performance KPIs daily and weekly.
- Build dashboards to track CAC, cost per lead, ROI, and budget burn.
- Share actionable insights with content, design, and counseling teams.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with:
o Content Team (to create ad copies, headlines, video scripts)
o Design Team (to produce creatives, banners, reels, thumbnails)
o CRM/Telecalling Team (to track lead-to-conversion progress) - Adjust campaigns based on feedback from sales and counseling teams.
Ad Creatives & Copy Supervision
- Guide creation of ad creatives (videos, carousels, reels, banners).
- Ensure ad messaging is clear, urgent, and targeted by program (MBBS, AI, etc.).
- A/B test creative formats, lengths, hooks, and CTAs.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business, or Tech-related field
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot
- Prior experience in EdTech, Healthcare Education, or MBBS admissions is highly
preferred - Experience managing large daily budgets (₹30K–₹5L/day)
