Job Title: Social Media & WhatsApp Marketing Specialist

Role Summary:
The Social Media & WhatsApp Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and executing high-impact organic and paid campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. This role requires expertise in social storytelling, audience engagement, funnel conversion, and automation to drive brand visibility, lead capture, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
- Develop social media and WhatsApp marketing strategies aligned with business
goals (admissions, training, sales, etc.) - Create monthly content calendars and campaign roadmaps.
- Segment audiences for better targeting and personalized communication.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to produce creatives.
Social Media Marketing
- Manage and grow official pages on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and
YouTube. - Create engaging content including reels, carousels, infographics, polls, etc.
- Plan and execute paid social ad campaigns to generate leads or drive traffic.
- Monitor performance, engagement, reach, and conversion analytics using Meta
Business Suite and other tools.
WhatsApp Marketing (Bulk + 1-to-1)
- Set up and manage WhatsApp Business API or WhatsApp Cloud API via platforms
like Wati, Interakt, or Twilio. - Segment and broadcast messages to large user bases while maintaining
compliance. - Run personalized chat flows with automated follow-ups using bots.
- Track click-through, open rate, and conversion metrics.
- Integrate WhatsApp into CRM or lead capture funnels.
Funnel Management
- Build and manage lead capture funnels using WhatsApp entry points (click-to-chat
ads, story CTAs, etc.). - Coordinate with performance marketers, telecallers, and email teams to ensure
lead handoff and nurturing. - Use UTM parameters and link tracking for campaign attribution.
Reporting & Optimization
- Analyze campaign KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, response time, and cost per
lead (CPL). - Generate weekly and monthly reports with insights and optimization suggestions.
- A/B test creatives, messages, and timing for better ROI.
KPIs / Metrics of Success - WhatsApp message open rate & reply rate
- CPL (Cost per Lead) from WhatsApp & Social Ads
- Engagement Rate (likes, comments, shares, saves)
- Social follower growth & lead conversions
- Funnel drop-off and reactivation via WhatsApp
Required Skills: - Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager & WhatsApp Business Tools
- Deep knowledge of social platform algorithms and ad formats
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
- Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Wati, HubSpot, etc.)
- Analytical mindset and working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Multilingual ability is a bonus (English + local languages)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any relevant field
- 2–5 years of experience in digital/social/WhatsApp marketing
- Proven record of running successful WhatsApp campaigns
- Certifications in Digital Marketing (Google, Meta, HubSpot) are preferred
