Job Title: Growth Manager (Campaign Owner)

Role Summary:
The Video Ads Creator / Motion Graphics Expert is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality short-form videos, motion graphics, explainer animations, reels, and ad creatives for digital campaigns. This role focuses on performance-driven storytelling, brand recall, and audience engagement across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Meta Ads, Google Display, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Ad Creation
- Design and animate short-form video ads (10–60 seconds) for paid campaigns.
- Create storyboards and scripts in coordination with copywriters and campaign managers.
- Develop mobile-first creatives tailored for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads.
- Work with marketing teams to create ad variations for A/B testing (thumbnails, intros, CTAs).
Motion Graphics & Animation
- Produce 2D animations, kinetic typography, explainer animations, and transitions.
- Animate logos, icons, UI/UX demos, and product visualizations.
- Add sound design, music syncing, and voiceover integration for polished output.
Platform-Specific Content
- Create video content optimized for social media, landing pages, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Understand platform dimensions, best practices (e.g., 9:16 for reels, 1:1 for Facebook).
- Design scroll-stopping hooks and dynamic visuals that convert.
Performance-Driven Production
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to iterate and improve based on KPIs like CTR, view rate, and ROAS.
- Repurpose top-performing content into new formats or language versions.
- Deliver fast turnarounds for time-sensitive campaigns (admissions, sales deadlines, offers).
Project & Asset Management
- Maintain an organized asset library of templates, fonts, transitions, and effects.
- Ensure consistent branding across motion assets.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines. KPIs / Metrics of Success:
- CTR and Conversion Rate of video ads
- Engagement Rate (views, shares, likes, watch time)
- Production turnaround time
- ROI from video-led campaigns
- Reuse ratio (how often your assets are repurposed or extended) Required
Skills:
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Strong grasp of motion design principles: timing, transitions, visual hierarchy
- Ability to animate text, elements, characters, and UI mockups
- Storyboarding and scripting sense for ad flows
- Optional but valuable: Experience with Blender, Cinema 4D, DaVinci Resolve, Figma animations
- Basic audio editing and sound syncing knowledge
Preferred Tools:
- Editing & Animation: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Camtasia
- Design: Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva Pro

Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Visual Communication, Animation, Multimedia, or equivalent
- 2–5+ years of experience in motion design, digital ad video creation, or visual storytelling
- Portfolio of previous work (mandatory – YouTube, Behance, Google Drive, etc.)
- Experience in creating videos for performance marketing is a must
