Job Title: Marketing Automation Specialist (with Networking & CRM Experience)
Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore (Hybrid/On-site Preferred)
Experience Required: 4 to 8 Years
Department: Growth / Digital Marketing / CRM
Reports To: Performance Marketing Head / VP – Growth
Role Objective:
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, your core responsibility is to automate and optimize the customer engagement journey—from lead generation to conversion—using tools like email, SMS, WhatsApp, and CRM platforms. You must have strong technical experience with automation tools, APIs, CRM systems, and a well-developed network of service vendors, agencies, or affiliate channels to amplify results.
You’ll play a vital role in scaling leads from 10,000 to 1 lakh per month, improving conversion ratios, and reducing cost per acquisition (CPA) across multiple campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Automation Strategy & Workflow Design
- Build and manage automation workflows across:
o Email campaigns
o WhatsApp drip sequences
o SMS alerts
o Push notifications - Define logic for user segments, triggers, retargeting, and lead nurturing
- Setup behavioral flows for:
o Abandoned leads
o Form bounce-backs
o Trial-to-paid conversion
CRM & Lead Management
- Integrate and manage CRMs (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, LeadSquared, etc.)
- Create custom tags, lead stages, pipelines, scoring rules
- Automate lead distribution to telecallers and track TAT/response
Tool & API Integrations
- Integrate APIs between landing pages, CRM, WhatsApp bots, and email tools
- Configure tools like Zapier, Integromat/Make, Pabbly Connect, Webhooks
- Ensure end-to-end attribution tracking (UTM + lead source + campaign)
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Setup dashboards and reports for:
o Open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates
o Lead response time and drop-offs
o Campaign ROI by channel (email/SMS/WhatsApp/IVR) - Run A/B tests for subject lines, messages, send timings
Networking & External Vendor Coordination
- Collaborate with bulk SMS, WhatsApp, IVR vendors
- Manage affiliate network partners for lead generation
- Maintain databases of agencies, service providers, and outreach partners
Data Hygiene & Compliance
- Ensure GDPR, DPDP, and TCPA compliance in messaging
- Regularly clean and segment databases to improve deliverability
- Monitor domain and IP reputation for emails
